Example Embodiment

[0045] figure 1 The cooking support 1 shown has an upper cooking surface 2 arranged to receive the food to be cooked and a lower heating surface 3 arranged to be heated especially by resting on an induction heating furnace.

[0046] in figure 1 In the illustrated embodiment, the cooking support 1 includes a bottom 4 surrounded by a side wall 5 to form a cooking container 7. The side wall 5 rises to the upper edge 6.

[0047] The cooking support 1 is a multilayer cooking support compatible with induction heating. The cooking support 1 includes a multilayer co-laminated structure.

[0048] The cooking support 1 includes a heat diffusion layer 11 that forms or carries the upper cooking surface 2. The cooking support 1 includes a ferromagnetic material layer 12 which is co-laminated with a thermal diffusion layer 11.

[0049] The thermal diffusion layer 11 is preferably made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. As a variant, other good thermal conductor materials can be envisaged, such as coppe

Abstract

The invention concerns a cooking vessel (1) that can be heated by induction. The cooking vessel (1) has a top cooking face (2) and a bottom heating face (3) and comprises a colaminated structure comprising a thermal diffusion layer (11) which can be coated if required to form the top cooking face (2), and a layer of ferromagnetic material (12). According to the invention, the layer of ferromagnetic material (12) is made from non-stainless steel, and the colaminated structure comprises a protective metal layer (13) covering the layer of ferromagnetic material (12) at the side opposite to the thermal diffusion layer (11). The invention also concerns a culinary article, an electric cooking appliance and a method for obtaining the multilayer cooking vessel.
