Abstract

The invention discloses a rebound prevention hardware stamping die. The rebound prevention hardware stamping die comprises a first box, through grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the top of the inner wall of the first box, a lower die body is fixedly connected to the top of the first box, round rods are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the top of thefirst box, first cross rods are movably connected to the outer walls of the two round rods, an upper die body is fixedly connected to the inner sides of the two first cross rods, first compression springs are in clearance fit with the outer walls of the two round rods, the outer wall of a block penetrates through the top of the first box, and the outer wall of the block is connected with the innercavity of the lower die body in a sliding mode. According to the rebound prevention hardware stamping die, through cooperation of elastic balls, vertical rods and a T-shaped rod, a product is positioned through elastic deformation of the elastic balls at the bottom after being formed, the attaching stability of the upper die body and the lower die body is enhanced, and thus the working efficiencyof the rebound prevention hardware stamping die is improved.
