Abstract

The invention discloses a crude oil moisture content measuring device and measuring method based on near infrared. The method comprises the step: connecting a bypass branch pipe device to a crude oilmain pipeline of measured crude oil, and using the crude oil main pipeline for allowing the crude oil to flow through. The bypass branch pipe device comprises a bypass branch pipe and measuring equipment communicated with the bypass branch pipe and the bypass branch pipe is communicated with a crude oil main pipeline; and the bypass branch pipe device is used for collecting and measuring crude oil. The measuring equipment comprises a crude oil collector, and the crude oil collector has a tank-shaped structure communicated with the bypass branch pipe. after combining of the method, the defectsof insufficient sensitivity and very low precision of a dynamic detection method for the water content of crude oil in the prior art are effectively overcome.
