Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for treating oxidation-state nitrogen wastewater by using a combination of iron alloy and anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria. The device comprises a towerbody, a water inlet tank, a dosing tank, a water outlet and a gas outlet, wherein a plurality of wastewater treatment layers are arranged in an inner cavity of the tower body, and each wastewater treatment layer is composed of a supporting layer, an iron alloy filler layer and an anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge granular layer. The wastewater treatment method comprises the following steps: a) feeding and distributing water; b) carrying out a reduction reaction on oxidation-state nitrogen; c) carrying out anaerobic ammonia oxidation; d) adjusting a pH value; e) conducting reactions a plurality of times. According to the device and the method for treating oxidation-state nitrogen wastewater in the invention, the iron alloy fillers reduce a part of oxidation-state nitrogen into ammonia, then the ammonia enters the anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge particle layers, ammonia and nitrite ions are converted into nitrogen together through anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria; and complete removal of oxidation-state nitrogen in the sewage is guaranteed by arranging the multiple layers of the iron alloy fillers and the multiple anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge particle layers.
