Eel cutting device

The invention discloses an eel cutting device. The eel cutting device comprises a base; a fixing frame is fixedly arranged at the top of the base; a semicircular fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the fixing frame; grooves are symmetrically formed in one side of the semicircular fixing plate; the grooves are sequentially formed in the semicircular fixing plate; arc-shaped clamping blocks are hinged in the grooves; a clamping device capable of clamping eels is arranged at one end of the semicircular fixing plate; a moving device capable of enabling a first circular ring to move is arranged at the end, away from the clamping device, of the semicircular fixing plate; and a driving assembly capable of enabling the arc-shaped clamping blocks to clamp the eels when the first circularring moves is arranged on one side of the semicircular fixing plate. The eel cutting device can automatically straighten the eels and then split the eels, so that the eels can be prevented from beingrolled into a ball during eel cutting or the hand is prevented from being cut due to the fact that the skin of the eels is too smooth; and the eel cutting device is easy to operate, simple in structure, high in practicability and worthy of wide popularization.
