Abstract

The invention provides an auxiliary diagnosis marker for oral squamous cell carcinoma. The auxiliary diagnosis marker consists of LysoPC(16: 0), LysoPC(18: 1), taurine and glutamic acid. The inventionfurther provides a method for constructing the oral squamous cell carcinoma auxiliary diagnosis model. The method comprises the following steps: 1, acquiring a training case set; 2, collecting a serum sample of the subject, and carrying out ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap tandem high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis on the serum sample toobtain a plurality of differential metabolites; 3, determining LysoPC(16: 0), LysoPC(18: 1), taurine and glutamic acid as auxiliary diagnosis models of oral squamous cell carcinoma from the pluralityof differential metabolites. The invention provides an auxiliary diagnosis model which has the advantages of being minimally invasive and high in accuracy in diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
