The outer film coating supply device comprises a base, a movablesupport, a film pulling mechanism and cutting scissors, wherein the movable support can bear a plurality of outer film coating material rolls which are arranged transversely along a first direction,the widths of at least two outer film coating material rolls are different, and the movable support can drive the outer film coating material rolls to move along the first direction so as to feed therequired outer film coating material rolls to a station; the film pulling mechanism can clamp the free ends of outer film coatings and pull the outer film coatings along a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the axis of each outer film coating material roll; and the cutting scissors are used for cutting the outer film coatings after the film pulling mechanism pulls the outer film coatings with the required lengths from the outer film coating material rolls.
