Abstract

The invention relates to a plan decision-making method based on a voice instruction. The method comprises the following steps: receiving the voice instruction; a pre-arranged plan library is established, a plurality of solutions are arranged in the pre-arranged plan library, and any solution comprises a personnel scheduling scheme, a vehicle scheduling scheme and a material scheduling scheme; each solution in the plan library corresponds to a plan library instruction, analyzing the voice instruction, and obtaining at least two statements in the voice instruction and a dependency relationship between semantics represented by the statements; performing statement and dependency relationship comparison on the voice instruction and a plan library instruction to obtain a comparison result; and selecting a plan library instruction with relatively high statement similarity and dependency relationship similarity with the voice instruction, executing a solution corresponding to the priority instruction, and completing operation and execution of a personnel scheduling scheme, a vehicle scheduling scheme and a material scheduling scheme based on the priority instruction. The corresponding solution can be executed according to one voice instruction, language transmission or other official documents are not needed, and linkage of a plan system is achieved.
