Embodiment Construction

[0032] The invention will be described in detail below by means of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. The following detailed description of the present invention is for the purpose of illustration only, and in no way limits the present invention and its application or use.

[0033] Figure 1 to Figure 5 Various schematic views of rotor assemblies according to embodiments of the disclosure are shown. The following will refer to Figure 1 to Figure 5 A rotor assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described.

[0034] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, the rotor assembly 1 includes a rotor 20 and an upper balance weight 10 and a lower balance weight 30 respectively located at two ends of the rotor 20 . The upper balance weight 10 and the lower balance weight 30 are connected together with the rotor 20 through fasteners 50 (eg, rivets or bolts). The upper weight 10 has a through hole 11 for inserting the fastener 50 . T...

Abstract

The invention relates to a rotor assembly and a motor and equipment comprising the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes: a rotor including a rotor core and a magnet embedded in the rotor core between axial end faces of the rotor; and the bottom surface of the balance block faces the axial end surface of the rotor. The balance weight includes a support portion extending and protruding in an axial direction and a radial direction from an outer peripheral edge of the bottom surface, the support portion is configured to form an air gap portion between the balance weight and the magnet, and the support portion is located radially outward of the magnet.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a rotor assembly and an electric machine and apparatus including the same, eg, an electric machine and a compressor for a compressor. Background technique [0002] The technical contents provided in this section are intended to help those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, and do not necessarily constitute prior art. [0003] An electric motor is typically used to drive a crankshaft, which in turn moves a moving part such as a compression mechanism to compress the working fluid. When a device or machine (for example, a compressor) including a crankshaft is in operation, problems such as vibration and noise often occur due to unbalanced motion of moving parts. [0004] Aiming at this kind of unbalanced movement, a balance weight capable of providing reverse centrifugal force is usually arranged on the moving parts to balance the resulting unbalanced movement so as to reduce vibration and noise.
