AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This new type of beverage made from frozen water can have very clear or fine-grained ice cubes that are organized into small particles called grains with tiny bumps on their surface. These creatures make it look like snow when taken outdoors at low temperatures for better comfort compared to regular coffee cups without them.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the quality of frosted or crispy snacks made from these types of products during their preparation. Current methods involve either carrying them through an entire chain of steps before they reach temperatures suitable for use on commercial scale equipment used for making the final product. However, there can still exist some areas where the temperature may have issues with producing high levels of bad taste due to poorly controlled processes involved.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] According to the attached figure 2 , illustrating a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] Such as figure 2 Shown, the cold drink production method provided by the invention, it comprises the following steps:

[0022] Step 11: Ingredients, that is, water, sugar, milk powder, additives and other ingredients are mixed into a combined solution;

[0023] Step 12: sterilizing the combined solution;

[0024] Step 13: pouring the sterilized combined solution into a mold, so that the solution is contained in the mold;

[0025] Step 14: Freezing the solution, which comprises the following steps:

[0026] Step 141: first immerse the mold containing the cold drink combination solution in NaCl solution or CaCl at a temperature of -3°C to -20°C 2 The first freezing is carried out in the cold medium of the solution;

[0027] Step 142: After the cold drink combination solution is basically frozen, transfer it to CaCl at a temperature of -20°C to -40°C 2 Carry out

Abstract

The cold drink producing process includes the following steps: compounding water, sugar, milk powder, additive, etc. to form composition solution; sterilizing; pouring the composition solution inside mold; freezing first in cooler medium solution of NaCl or CaCl2 at the temperature of -3 deg.c to -20 deg.c and then in cooler medium solution of CaCl2 at the temperature of -20 deg.c to -40 deg.c; demolding; and packing. Thus produced cold drink has ice crystal structure dissimilar to that in traditional cold drink produced in a one-step freezing process and improved taste.
