The invention relates to a method for preparing a CuO@carbon cloth flexible electrode material through one step by regulating and controlling an interface cavitation effect. A carbon cloth matrix withdifferent gas infiltration states on the surface is obtained by regulating and controlling the infiltration method and time of carbon cloth in a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solution with a specific concentration; the CuO@carbon cloth electrode material with different interface structures is prepared by using a copper salt as raw material and ammonia water as a guiding agent, preparing a precursor solution, changing a carbon cloth fixing position and regulating and controlling aeration process conditions (aeration time, continuous or intermittent operation, simultaneous execution with ultrasonic application or not and gas flow rate). According to the method, the active control of the cavitation effect at the solid surface is realized by coordinatively regulating and controlling the gasinfiltration state of the solid surface and the aeration process conditions, and a CuO@carbon cloth electrode with controllable supporting capacity is obtained. The structural characteristics such asthe supporting capacity and distribution of CuO on the surface of the carbon cloth are changed, and the method has the advantages of being simple, high in efficiency, easy to carry out, controllable in CuO supporting capacity and the like and has great development potential.
