The invention relates to a unified power quality control approach and the device thereof. The device comprises a parallel converting-bridge, a series converting-bridge, a DC power source as well as a third converting-bridge. The approach comprises the steps that: the compensation for a variable value to gain a power grid; the compensation for a voltage distortion as well as a target current value and the change ratio of both the voltage distortion and the target current value are input taken as a controller; the fuzzy control rule base and membership function parameter to be adjusted are selected as antibodies; the optimized important parameter of the fuzzy controller is realized through an immunity genetic algorithm; a SVPWM drive signal is generated and drives the series / parallel active filter power component; the difference value of the required capacitor voltage value and the actual capacitor voltage tested by a Hall sensor is applied to a PI algorithm; the SVPWM drive signal is generated again to drive the third converting-bridge power component. The invention combines the genetic algorithm, the immunity algorithm and the fuzzy algorithm; therefore, the robustness and the dynamic-static performance of the controller have been remarkably enhanced.

Multi-level matrix converter suitable for high-power density occasion and clamp capacitor voltage control method thereof

ActiveCN108768182AConsistent stressEasy selectionAc-ac conversionMatrix convertersClamp capacitor
The invention discloses a multi-level matrix converter suitable for a high-power density occasion and a clamp capacitor voltage control method thereof. The converter can be suitable for the direct AC-AC conversion occasion with high power density and reliability requirement. The converter topology structure can realize the output of multi-level, and the withstand voltage of the single-device is lower than the traditional two-level topology, the output end harmonic wave can be effectively reduced, and the voltage step is smaller; and the proportion of the clamp circuit voltages at different levels can be 1: 2: 3: ...N-1. Compared with the prior art, all devices in the converter are consistent in stress, maximum withstand voltages born by various bidirectional switches are consistent, the modularity is strong, the device model selection and maintenance are convenient, and the later cost is effectively reduced; furthermore, the capacitor balancing region is increased, the capacitor voltage controllable range is greatly increased, the capacitor can be completely controlled at a low-modulation region (low in voltage utilization efficiency), and the capacitance balancing computation complexity is reduced.

Modulation and voltage stabilization control method suitable for single-power binary hybrid cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter

ActiveCN108282104AImprove practicalityReduce the numberAc-dc conversionPower inverterCapacitor voltage
The invention discloses a modulation and voltage stabilization control method suitable for a single-power binary hybrid cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter. In modulation, a modulated wave vm obtained through taking an absolute value of a sinusoidal modulated wave vref is compared with triangular carriers vca, vcb', vcr1' and vcr2' and a voltage constant value 2E to obtain five logic pulse signals A, B, R1, R2 and P; the sinusoidal modulated wave vref is compared with zero voltage to obtain a polar pulse signal D; and an optimized PWM drive signal is generated from the logic pulse signals and the polar pulse signal through a drive logic operational circuit. In voltage stabilization control, real-time adjustment is carried out on amplitudes of triangular carriers vcb, vcr1 and vcr2 through a signal obtained through operation of DC side voltage sampling signals Vdc1 and Vdc2 and voltage reference signals Vdc1* and Vdc2* of auxiliary units, thereby achieving voltage stabilization control on the auxiliary units through combining modulation. According to the control method disclosed by the invention, the stability of capacitor voltage can be controlled, output levels and the equivalent switching frequency of output voltage of the inverter can be improved and the output characteristics of a system are improved.

The invention discloses a carrier hybrid pulse width modulation strategy control method for a modular multilevel converter, which comprises the following steps of: comparing with a reference signal to obtain a trigger pulse signal of an MMC (Modular Multilevel Converter) sub-module; on the basis of the CCSC technology, carrier signals are adjusted; the reference signal acquisition method comprises the following steps: the MMC obtains reference voltage on each bridge arm through a power inner ring, a voltage outer ring and a circulating current suppression ring; secondly, after the reference voltage is multiplied by a proportionality coefficient, the reference voltage is compared with a proposed novel carrier wave mixed pulse width carrier wave, and a pulse signal is obtained. According to the characteristics of the carrier wave, the ripple wave of the capacitor voltage of the MMC sub-module is smaller compared with a carrier wave stacking technology through theoretical simulation under the condition that the modulation wave is an ideal sine wave; compared with a carrier phase-shifting technology, the MMC is smaller in switching frequency and switching loss.
