By means of stepped full-layer descending mining, a free face is widened to increase blasting efficiency while material consumption caused by secondary descending is avoided, explosive consumption is reduced by 0.12Kg/t, detonator consumption is reduced by 0.11 detonator per t, and consumption of steel chisels and drills is reduced by 0.02Kg/t.
