The invention discloses a stereo-planting method of strawberries and grapes in a multi-span greenhouse. The stereo-planting method comprises the following steps: 1, planting grapes, namely setting a grape line spacing to be 2-2.5m and a grape row spacing to be 1.8-2m; performing culturing by adopting a single-pole umbrella shaped mode, keeping the height of grape main stems to be 1.8-2m, selectingone main stem in the same year of planting, performing vertical leading and binding, and setting the pole height to be 1.8-2m; and 2, planting strawberries, namely taking the grape main stem as a center, building a strawberry culture frame with a height of 60-80cm with angle iron and square tubes or woods and bamboo, fixing PVC strawberry planting tanks on two sides of the frame, arranging deflectors and filter membranes under the PVC strawberry planting tanks, setting the length of the planting tanks according to the span of the greenhouse, and putting planting substrates in a proportion ofpeat to perlite to vermiculite to mushroom residues being 2:1:1:1 in the planting tanks. According to the stereo-planting method, strawberries are planted in a grape dormant period to save lands and effectively reduce the soil continuous cropping obstacle of strawberries, reduce diseases and insect pest and increase the planting benefit of the unit area.
