The method comprises the following steps: 1.1) designing a crankshaft, drawing a crankshaft three-dimensional model in drawing software, setting the crankshaft three-dimensionalmodel to be in an opaque state, and setting the crankshaft three-dimensional model to be in a first light color; 1.2) drawing a three-dimensional bearing simulation ring of which the structural sizeis the same as that of the to-be-mounted bearing, setting the three-dimensional bearing simulation ring to be in a light-color semitransparent state, and setting the three-dimensional bearing simulation ring to be in a second light color; wherein the first light color and the second light color are obviously distinguished and are displayed as a dark color or an opaque color after being overlapped;2) displaying the crankshaft three-dimensional model and the three-dimensional bearing simulation ring on a screen, and enabling the bearing simulation ring to penetrate through the crankshaft from one end of the crankshaft and reach a mounting position; if the two colors are not changed when the crankshaft passes through, the currently designed crankshaft meets the requirement; and if dark-coloror opaque patterns are observed during penetration, indicating that the currently designed crankshaft does not meet the requirements, requiring redesign, and executing the step 1) again until the designed crankshaft meets the requirements.

The invention provides a lubricating system for a double-stroke gasoline engine which comprises a cylinder, an oil pump and an oil tank. The oil pump is connected with the oil tank by an oil tube. The oil pump is connected with a crank shaft of the double-stroke gasoline engine by a gear pair. The oil pump is connected with an oil dividing box by an oil transportation tube. The oil dividing box is communicated with a plurality of oil holes on the cylinder by a plurality of oil supply tubes. An oil ring is arranged under a gas ring on the periphery of a piston in the cylinder. The oil pump and the gear pair are replaced by a diaphragm pump. An air inlet of the diaphragm pump is communicated with a crank shaft tank of the double-stroke gasoline engine by an air tube. An oil inlet of the diaphragm pump is communicated with the oil tank by the oil tube and an oil outlet is communicated with the oil dividing box by the oil transportation tube. The invention has reasonable structure, overcomes the shortcomings that the discharging effect is inferior due to the oil and gasoline mixture in the prior art, ensures the standard discharge of the double-stroke gasoline engine, and promotes the power and the service life of the double-stroke gasoline engine.
