The double-head diaphragm pump assembly comprises a double-head diaphragm pump, a first water inlet channel, a firstwater outlet channel, a second water inlet channel, a second water outlet channel, and a control valve, wherein the double-head diaphragm pump comprises a pump body, a first pump head and a second pump head, the first pump head and the second pump head are arranged at the two ends of the pump body, the first pump head is provided with a first water inlet end and a first water outlet end, and thesecond pump head is provided with a second water inlet end and a second water outlet end; the first water inlet channel communicates with the first water inlet end, and the first water outlet channelcommunicates with the first water outlet end; the second water inlet channel communicates with the second water inlet end, and the second water outlet channel communicates with the second water outletend; and the control valve is arranged on at least one of the first water inlet channel, the first water outlet channel, the second water inlet channel and the second water outlet channel. Accordingto the double-head diaphragm pump assembly, the first water inlet channel, and the first water outlet channel are connected to the first pump head in a communicating mode, the second water inlet channel and the second water outlet channel are connected to the second pump head in a communicating mode, and the control valve is arranged on at least one of the four channels so that the switch of the large-flux water outlet and the small-flux water outlet can be achieved through a switch of the control valve.
