A diode rectifier rectifies an AC voltage output from a neutral-grounding three-phase AC power supply to a DC voltage. A smoothing capacitor smoothes the DC voltage rectified by the diode rectifier. An inverter converts the DC voltage smoothed by the smoothing capacitor into a desired AC voltage. A bidirectional switch and a Y capacitor are connected in series between one end of the smoothing capacitor and the ground. A detector detects a voltage across both ends of the smoothing capacitor. A controller drives the bidirectional switch in response to an output of the detector.

The invention discloses an energy saving control system based on superconduction cooling waste heat power generation of a trilinear driving type blast furnace. The energy saving control system is composed of a blast furnace body (1), a power generation system (12), a steam utilizing device, one or more annular superconductive heat exchange rings (2) which are arranged along the side wall of the blast furnace body (1) in a layered and surrounding mode, a waste heat controlling and disposing system and the like. The waste heat controlling and disposing system comprises a diode rectifier U, a voltage stabilizing and transforming circuit and a three-terminal voltage stabilizing control circuit. The waste heat controlling and disposing system is characterized in that a trilinear driving circuit is further connected between the voltage stabilizing and transforming circuit and the three-terminal voltage stabilizing control circuit in series. According to the energy saving control system, by means of the annular superconductive heat exchange rings internally embedded in the side wall of the blast furnace body and an annular pipeline system corresponding to the annular superconductive heat exchange rings, hot water subjected to heat exchange is guided out intensively, and the heat exchange efficiency and cooling efficiency are improved; in addition, the temperature of traditional cooling water is increased from 40 DEG C to 250 DEG C, then the cooling water is overheated to 400 DEG C by utilizing the conductive heat exchange rings twice, and therefore the cooling waste heat can be utilized for power generation.
