The invention discloses a cryopreserved
whole blood analysis method based on time-domain resolution super-continuum integrated spectrum. The method is implemented on a cryopreserved
whole blood analyzer. The method comprises four steps: maintaining constant temperature of a
sample chamber, initially calibrating, acquiring a
heating time-domain resolution spectrum, and analyzing a test result, andcan be used for customs to detect, identify, establish a
database, trace and protect cryoprserved
whole blood. The cryopreserved whole blood
analysis method has the beneficial effects that by adoptinga
sample chamber constant-temperature and initial calibration method, the consistence of a test environment and test repetition can be improved; for testing the cryopreserved
whole blood sample, thetime-domain sequence spectrum is acquired, and the characteristic difference of the time-domain spectrum of different species extracted by the method is far greater than the difference of the spectrumconventionally measured at a single time, so that the
identification rate of different species can be effectively increased.
