2 results about "Polysulfone" patented technology

Polysulfones are a family of thermoplastic polymers. These polymers are known for their toughness and stability at high temperatures. They contain the subunit aryl-SO₂-aryl, the defining feature of which is the sulfone group. Polysulfones were introduced in 1965 by Union Carbide. Due to the high cost of raw materials and processing, polysulfones are used in specialty applications and often are a superior replacement for polycarbonates.

The invention provides a preparation method of a nanofiltration film, belongs to the field of film separation material preparation, and solves the problems that the industrialized continuous preparation of the nanofiltration film with the molecular weight cut-off between 1500 and 20000 Daltons cannot be easily realized in the prior art. The preparation method of the nanofiltration film comprises the following steps: putting polysulfone and dimethylacetamide into a batching kettle, setting the temperature of heat transfer oil at 90-100 DEG C, stirring a casting solution until transparent, and transferring the casting solution to a storage tank; defoaming under vacuum the casting solution, and keeping the temperature of the casting solution constant for later use when the temperature of thecasting solution is reduced to use temperature; coating a non-woven fabric with a 30-50 micron supporting layer by the casting solution by casting and scraping, and curing and rinsing to obtain a supporting bottom film layer; after the supporting bottom film layer enters a water phase solution tank for infiltration and is extruded by an extrusion roller, using a cleaning solution to perform secondary cleaning treatment on the film surface of the supporting bottom film layer, and removing the residual water phase solution by a secondary extrusion roller; coating the film surface containing a water phase monomer with solvent oil containing organic monomers, and drying to obtain the nanofiltration dry film. The molecular weight cut-off of the nanofiltration film prepared by the method is between 1500 and 20000 Daltons.

The invention discloses a novel charged nanofiltration membrane for removing organic matter and a preparation method of the novel charged nanofiltration membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving polysulfone resin into a mixture of DMF and ethylene glycol, and conducting stirring and degassing to obtain a resin membrane casting solution; (2) coating a non-woven fabric with the resin membrane casting solution, and performing phase inversion in deionized water to form pores, so as to obtain a porous polysulfone-based membrane; (3) preparing any one of a disodium hydrogen phosphate-citric acid buffer solution, a citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution or an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution; (4) adding chitosan, a piperazine monomer and an anti-pollution additive into the buffer solution, and uniformly conducting stirring to obtain a water-phase solution; (5) mixing trimesoyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride, adding the mixture into an organic solvent, and uniformly conducting stirring to obtain an oil phase liquid; (6) cutting the porous polysulfone-based membrane, soaking the porous polysulfone-based membrane in the water-phase liquid, and removing the water-phase liquid on the surface of the porous polysulfone-based membrane after soaking; (7) conducting polymerizing in the oil phase liquid after soaking; and (8) after polymerization, conducting drying to obtain the novel charged nanofiltration membrane for organic matter removal.
