polylactic acid material which comprises 10-20 parts of a
sisal fiber, 5-10 parts of a crosslinking agent, 1-3 parts of a surfactant, 1-2 parts of a leveling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of an
antioxidant, 0.01-0.02 part of
silver ion powder, 3-5 parts of
chitosan, a plastifying liquid, and the balance of
polylactic acid powder. A preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: I, preparing an antibacterial
fiber from the
sisal fiber and the
chitosan; II, preparing an antibacterial
polylactic acid base material from the polylactic acid
powder and the
silver ion powder; III, plastifying the antibacterial polylactic acid base material, and conducting crushing and
drying; and IV, mixing the antibacterial fiber, the plastified antibacterial polylactic acid base material powder, the crosslinking agent, the surfactant, the leveling agent and the
antioxidant, so as to obtain high-strength antibacterial polylactic acid. As the
sisal fiber is used, and the
sisal fiber and the
chitosan are prepared into the antibacterial fiber, the high-strength easily-degradable antibacterial environment-friendly polylactic acid material has effects of being high in strength and easy to degrade.
