inverter subassembly and used for assembling multiple structural components of the
inverter subassembly. The assembling device comprises a rack, a first bearing portion, a second bearing portion, a rotary swing bearing mechanism, a first assembling module and a first grabbing mechanism, wherein the rack is slidably arranged on a first beam of the rack; the first bearing portion and the second bearing portion are located below the first beam and are arranged at an interval in the length direction of the first beam, the first bearing portion is used for bearing a
cushion plate, and the second bearing portion is used for bearing a drive plate; the rotary swing bearing mechanism is connected with the rack, and the first assembling module is arranged on the rack and located above the rotary swing bearing mechanism; the first grabbing mechanism is slidably arranged on the first beam and used for grabbing the
cushion plate and the drive plate, conveying the
cushion plate and the drive plate to the position of the rotary swing bearing mechanism and then stacking the cushion plate and the drive plate on the rotary swing bearing mechanism. The first assembling module conducts pre-tightening assembling on the cushion plate and the drive plate to obtain a mounting base body. The assembling device solves the problems that the assembling work process of the
inverter subassembly wastes time and labor in the prior art.
