A solar panel is connected with a power supply output circuit through a power supply input management circuit, the output end of the power supply output circuit is connected with a working power supply circuit and an operating power supply circuit, the output end of the working power supply circuit is connected with a protection and monitoring device, the output end of the operating power supply circuit is connected with an energy storage capacitor, the power supply output circuit is connected with the operating power supply controlling circuit, and the energy storage capacitor is connected with an input end of the operating power supply controlling circuit through a voltage collection circuit. The ultra-low-power supply control system further comprises a large power electric switching closing driving and controlling circuit, the input end of the large power electric switching closing driving and controlling circuit is connected with a switching signal inputting circuit and a closing signal inputting circuit, and the output end is respectively connected with the operating power supply controlling circuit and the large power electric switching closing driving and controlling circuit. Static power can be below 0.03 W, and power supply bootstrap of intelligent high voltage switches is achieved.
