Abstract

The invention is related to quanta secret communication, especially related to capacity balanced and narrow gating pulse restrained module of ADP single photo detection circuit. The module of circuit is composed of signal detection circuit; signal amplifying circuit, balance and suppression circuit and generating circuit for logic signals.
