Abstract

The invention discloses an integral translation device and method for an internal-climbing tower crane which can implement the integral translation of the internal-climbing tower crane. The body of the tower crane is fixedly connected with an internal-climbing frame and an attached frame. The internal-climbing frame and the attached frame are supported on a bottom beam and an attached beam respectively. The integral translation device for the internal-climbing tower crane consists of a support structure, a restriction push device and a push control system, wherein the restriction push device is arranged on the support structure; the restriction push device comprises a bottom push device and an upper push device; and the support structure correspondingly comprises a bottom support and a middle support. The bottom push device and the upper push device are used to perform a two-layer bidirectional clamping restriction on the tower crane, and a side limit is arranged to prevent the tower crane from inclining, twisting, laterally swaying and slipping without restriction during translation, so that the balance and stability for the translation of the tower crane are kept. The integral translation device for the internal-climbing tower crane has the advantages of rapid translation, safety, low cost and high efficiency, which is particularly applied to the overhead integral synchronous translation of the internal-climbing tower crane.
