Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial sludge treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding step: adding at least one of concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid to the industrial sludge to form a sludge mixture; (2) mixing step: sufficiently mixing the sludge mixture in step (1); (3) ageing step: ageing the sludge mixture treated in step (2), and enabling the sludge mixture to fully react to convert the water in the sludge mixture into free water; (4) dewatering step: dewatering the sludge mixture treated in step (3) to separate the free water from the industrial sludge; and (5) drying step: drying the sludge mixture treated in step (4). The invention has the beneficial effects of achieving the purpose of separating the industrial sludge and the water, greatly reducing the moisture of the industrial sludge, decreasing the volume and the mass of the industrial sludge, and facilitating the subsequent treatment and utilization of the industrial sludge.
