Problems solved by technology

[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defects that medical polyvinyl chloride plastics in the prior art contain phthalates, cannot effectively absorb gamma rays, and will affect the human body during medical treatment. The effective compatibility and reaction of solvents and polyvinyl chloride plastics can absorb and block the intrusion of γ-rays, and provide a radiation-

Embodiment 1

[0034] Example 1, a radiation-resistant phthalate-free medical polyvinyl chloride plastic described in this example is prepared by blending the following components by weight:

[0035] 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin;

[0036] 60 parts of environmentally friendly plasticizers;

[0037] 4.5 parts of gamma ray absorber;

[0038] 7 parts of high-efficiency heat stabilizer;

[0039] 1 part lubricant;

[0040] The polyvinyl chloride resin is a polyvinyl chloride resin prepared by a suspension method, and its degree of polymerization is 1000-1300. The environment-friendly plasticizer is diisononyl cyclohexane 1,2-dicarboxylate. The γ-ray absorber is 2-nitro-2'-hydroxy-5'-methylazobenzene. The high-efficiency heat stabilizer is a liquid calcium-zinc heat stabilizer. Described lubricant is n-butyl stearate.

[0041] The preparation method of this example is: put the above-mentioned components in parts by weight into a high-speed reactor for polymerization reaction, the react

Embodiment 2

[0042] Example 2, a radiation-resistant medical polyvinyl chloride plastic without phthalates described in this example, prepared by blending the following components by weight:

[0043] 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin;

Abstract

The invention relates to radiation resistant medical vinylene chloride plastics free from phthalate, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 25-95 parts of environmental-friendly plasticizer, 0.1-8 parts of gamma ray absorbent, 4.5-9 parts of efficient heat stabilizer and 0.3-1.5 parts of lubricant; the environmental-friendly plasticizer is one out of cyclohexane 1,2-dioctyl phthalate DINCH, SOFT-N-SAFE, EBN or TBC; the gamma ray absorbent can be 2-nitro-2'-hydroxy-5'-methyl azobenzene; the efficient heat stabilizer is one out of powder, paste or liquid calcium zinc heat stabilizer; and the lubricant is stearic acid PNBCA or oxidized polyethlene wax. The radiation resistant medical vinylene chloride plastics free from phthalate are used for producing disposable medical supplies. As the plastics of the invention are free from phthalate and can effectively absorb gamma rays, thus enjoying safety in use.
