Abstract

The invention discloses a servocontrol-based automatic electric welding analytic system and a usage method thereof. The system comprises a signal processing unit, an executing unit and a signal acquiring unit. The system has the advantage of being simple in structure, convenient to install and flexible to operate. The system can be applied to welding conditions such as routine constant-speed welding and automatic wire-feed length adjustment welding, simultaneously, by the aid of the system, the sampling analysis for welding current and voltage can be performed, and the automatic welding of welding rods is achieved.
