Abstract

The invention discloses a drug for treating arrhythmia. A nardostachys chinensis batal medicinal material is extracted firstly by using ethanol to obtain a nardostachys chinensis batal ethanol extract, and then, the nardostachys chinensis batal ethanol extract is prepared into the required dosage form. The ethanol extraction method comprises the following steps of: (1) crushing the nardostachys chinensis batal medicinal material, then, adding over 95% of ethanol with the concentration of 8-12 times, soaking at room temperature for 12-24h, filtering and collecting filtrate; (2) coldly soaking and extracting the filtrate twice according to the method in step (1), and respectively collecting filtrates; and (3) mixing all the filtrates, and then carrying out vacuum concentration. The drug has a remarkable curative effect for the pathogenesis of arrhythmia and particularly for atrial arrhythmia, atrial premature beat, atrial tachycardia, atria flutter, atrial fibrillation and the like and is little in toxic or side effect and good in patient compliance.
