Benefits of technology

This technology helps detect fish without getting dirty or being covered up over time due to their ability to move about freely within an enclosed space where they hide during periods between turning off its power source and entering this environment. It uses ultrasonic sensors attached to a device called a sonobuoy founders placed near the sea floor to capture sounds like how many times there've been any animals swimming through them. These signals help determine if these creatures were alive at night.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to prevention or monitoring damage caused when catching fish through an acoustic sensor installed inside a boat shaped housing that can get stuck between things like seafood turtles during harvesting.

Abstract

The invention relates to a rotary sonar fish finder. The rotary sonar fish finder comprises a base in the shape of a rotating body, and a sonar sensor is fixed to the bottom of the base. A water suction pump which is used for pumping water from bottom to top is further fixed to the bottom of the base. A centrifugal drainage plate which is coaxial with the base is connected to the upper portion of the base in a rotating mode. The centrifugal drainage plate comprises an axial water inlet, an internal water cavity and horizontal drainage channels from bottom to top, wherein the horizontal drainage channels are circumferentially and evenly distributed and are symmetrical in a rotating mode. The included angles formed between the drainage directions of outer ports of the drainage channels and the radius directions of the outer ports range from 45 degrees to 80 degrees. The rotary sonar fish finder enables sundries and duckweeds around the rotary sonar fish finder to be removed; meanwhile, the situation that the fish finder is wound by the duckweeds and algae can be effectively prevented.
