Abstract

The invention provides an electromobile and a remote program update control method thereof. The electromobile comprises a vehicle-mounted data terminal, a processor and a complete vehicle controller, and the complete vehicle controller communicates with the vehicle-mounted data terminal and the processor. The vehicle-mounted data terminal sends a flashing request to the complete vehicle controller, and carries out program flashing after receiving a flashing allowing instruction from the complete vehicle controller; the processor determines whether flashing is allowed according to an instruction input by a user; and the complete vehicle controller determines whether the processor allows flashing after receiving the flashing request, further determines whether a present vehicle state satisfies a preset requirement when flashing is allowed, and sends the flashing allowing instruction to the vehicle-mounted data terminal and enters a flashing preparing mode when the present vehicle state satisfies the preset requirement. According to the invention, remote program flashing of the electromobile is realized, the workload and work cost of program upgrade are reduced, and the working period is shortened.
