Abstract

The invention discloses an enhanced transformer tank, which is a rectangular thin-wall metal container and comprises side plates and a bottom plate, wherein the enhanced transformer tank is characterized in that the middle part of each side plate protrudes towards the inside of a tank body to form a groove I; the middle part of the bottom plate protrudes upwards to form a groove II; and the enhanced transformer tank is further improved as follows: a reinforcing rib I is arranged in the groove I in each side plate and is a cross-shaped reinforcing rib, and a reinforcing rib II is arranged in the groove II in the bottom plate and is the cross-shaped reinforcing rib. The enhanced transformer tank is good in structure rigidity and high in strength.
