Abstract

The invention discloses a seamless steel tube residual stress uncertainty detection method which comprises the following steps: sanding a steel tube surface, cleaning with alcohol, sequentially attaching strain gages to selected patch points perpendicular to the steel tube axis, and measuring the initial stress value of the steel tube by a stress gauge; determining the position of the notch in the steel tube, cutting longitudinally in the axial direction, measuring the stress value of the steel tube by a stress gauge, and calculating the hoop residual stress of the steel pipe, thereby obtaining the steel tube uncertainty. The method can reduce the errors and enhance the detection efficiency.
