Abstract

The invention discloses a recycling device for solid slag in the later period of coal processing. The recycling device comprises a crushing device, a body, a stirring device and a water removing device. The bottom end of a support is fixed to the ground. The stirring device is arranged at one end of the interior of the body. A stirring box is fixed to the upper surface of the other end of a fixing base. A slag pump is fixedly arranged on one side of the stirring box. The top end of the water removing device is connected to the inner top face of the body through a spring. A slurry inlet is formed in the top end of one side of the water removing device. A water baffle is arranged below a screen in the body. A slag guiding plate is arranged on the bottom side of the interior of the water removing device. One end of a water pump communicates with a liquid collecting pond. A slag collecting groove is formed in one side of the body, the water removing device is connected in the body through a damping spring, slag water removal is easy accordingly, and manual operation is reduced. In addition, the situation of hardening in the slag airing process is avoided, and the repeated utilization rate of the slag is increased.
