Abstract

The invention discloses a backlight module and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device and belongs to the technical field of display. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a light bar and a rubber frame. The light bar comprises a flexible circuit board and a plurality of backlight lamps which are arranged on the flexible circuit board; the rubber frame is arranged around the light guide plate, and a gap exists between the rubber frame and the light guide plate, the flexible circuit board is arranged on the rubber frame, the plurality of backlight lamps are located in the gap, a first positioning portion is arranged on the flexible circuit board, a second positioning portion is arranged on the rubber frame, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion can be matched to position the flexible circuit board. The backlight module disclosed by the invention solves the problem that a connecting terminal of the flexible circuit board cannot be effectively welded to the display panel as the flexible circuit board deviates, so that the connecting terminal of the flexible circuit board is effectively welded to the display panel favorably. The invention is used for the backlight module.
