Abstract

The invention discloses an edge milling and notching integrated machine. The edge milling and notching integrated machine comprises auxiliary pressing air cylinder assemblies and a main frame, linearsliding rails are arranged at the bottom end of the main frame, linear bearings are arranged at the bottom ends of the linear sliding rails, rotating shafts are arranged, opposite to lateral guiding plate assemblies, of the surface of the main frame, placing plates are arranged at the ends of the rotating shafts, telescopic columns are arranged at the included-angle positions of the placing platesand the main frame, and three-phase asynchronous motors are electrically connected with adjustable stroke cylinders and an external power source. In the edge milling and notching integrated machine,the lateral guiding plate assemblies can convey materials into the machine for machining through driving rolls when the materials are placed, in this way, physical consumption is reduced, and large physical force is guaranteed for workers when the workers work at the later stage. The materials can be effectively placed while machining of the materials is completed through the designed placing plates, working time is shortened when arrangement is needed after work is completed, and therefore working efficiency is improved.
