Abstract

Aiming at solving the difficult problem that plastic bottles are inconvenient for batch squashing, the invention discloses a quick rolling device for plastic recycling. The quick rolling device comprises a baseplate, a placing plate, support rods and sleeves, wherein teeth are uniformly welded on the surface of the placing plate; a baffle is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the surface of theplacing plate; a fastening screw is mounted between each support rod and the corresponding sleeve; a motor is fixedly mounted at the upper end of each support rod; a rotating shaft is mounted on the inner side of each motor; a rotary rod is fixedly mounted at the inner end of each rotating shaft; a connecting rod is fixedly mounted between the rotary rods; a fixed drum is fixedly mounted in the middle of the connecting rod; and an extrusion drum is fixedly mounted on the lower side of the fixed drum. According to the quick rolling device for plastic recycling, the plastic bottles are rolled bythe extrusion drum to be conveniently squashed; since the motors are used for driving, manpower is relieved; and the quick rolling device for plastic recycling is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to operate and is safe and reliable.
