Abstract

The invention discloses a maquindox nanoemulsion which is mainly composed of, by weight parts, 20-40 parts of RH-40, 5-15 parts of cinnamaldehyde, 0.5-2 parts of maquindox and a sufficient quantity ofdistilled water. A method for preparing the maquindox nanoemulsion includes a step 1) of evenly mixing RH-40 and maquindox ; a step 2) of fully melting and then starting a stirrer, wherein the stirring speed is 150-200 rpm; a step 3) of: after the temperature reaches 40-60 DEG C, stopping stirring, adding cinnamaldehyde, continuing to perform stirring for 30 min; a step 4) of stopping stirring, adding hot distilled water dropwise at 40-60oC, and performing heat insulation for 1 h after the dropwise adding is completed; a step 5) of cooling, adding a sterilizing agent, and continuing to perform stirring; and a step 6) of cooling for filtering and discharging. The prepared nanoemulsion has no acute toxicity reaction, no irritation and no allergic reaction, the effective rate is 95% or above, and the nanoemulsion is a medicine stable in quality and safe to use. The method for preparing the maquindox nanoemulsion is simple in process, controllable in quality, good in antibacterial effectand is expected to be used clinically.
