Abstract

The invention discloses a chemical fertilizer drying and screening device. The chemical fertilizer drying and screening device comprises a housing which is hollow, wherein a transverse partition is arranged in the housing for dividing the inner part of the housing into a heating cavity and a processing cavity; the heating cavity is positioned above the processing cavity; a drying device is arranged in the heating cavity; an air blower is arranged on the side wall at the upper side of the housing; the air blower communicates with the heating cavity through a tube; a plurality of vertical through holes are formed in the partition; the heating cavity communicates with the processing cavity through the through holes; a vent hole is further formed in the side wall of the housing; a transverse plate is arranged in the processing cavity; one end of the transverse plate penetrates through the housing; a vertical through hole is formed in the transverse plate; the transverse plate is symmetrically and rotatably connected with rotary wheels through a first rotary shaft; and the two rotary wheels are in transmission connection through a conveyor belt. The chemical fertilizer drying and screening device is simple to operate, is convenient to use, effectively dries and screens chemical fertilizers, reduces cost and improves working efficiency.
