Abstract

The invention provides application of a reagent to preparation a drug. The drug is used for inhibiting at least one of the followings: epithelial interstitial transformation of breast cancer epithelial cells or breast cancer cells, production of breast cancer tumor stem cells, migration and invasion of the breast cancer cells and growth of the breast cancer cells, wherein the reagent is used for inhibiting miR-501-5p. An inventor discovers that after the miR-501-5p is inhibited, epithelial interstitial transformation of the breast cancer epithelial cells or the breast cancer cells, productionof the breast cancer tumor stem cells, migration and invasion of the breast cancer cells and growth of the breast cancer cells are all remarkably inhibited, and the drug which is prepared from the reagent used for inhibiting the miR-501-5p can effectively inhibit the occurrence process of the disease.
