The cell temperature detection device comprises a cell, a detection unit connected with the cell and a wireless communication unit, wherein the electronic cigarette equipment is connected with an external terminal through the wireless communication unit, the external terminal comprises a processing unit, the detection unit comprises an NTC resistor attached to the cell, the detection unit is used for detecting a resistance value of the NTC resistor and sending the resistance value to the wireless communication unit, the wireless communication unit is used for forwarding the received resistance value to the external terminal, and a temperature value corresponding to the NTC resistor is calculated by the processing unit contained by the external terminal according to the received resistance value and is takenas a temperature value of the electronic cigarette.
