Abstract

The invention discloses a fuel oil rubber tube and a preparation method thereof. The fuel oil rubber tube comprises a rubber tube body, wherein the rubber tube body comprises an inner rubber layer, areinforced fabric layer and an outer rubber layer from inside to outside in sequence, the reinforced fabric layer comprises parallel reinforced yarn arranged in the longitudinal direction of the fabric and yarn vertically intersecting with the reinforced yarn, the inner rubber layer is made of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, and the outer rubber layer is made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer). The preparation method of the fuel oil rubber tube comprises steps as follows: preparation of the inner rubber layer, weaving or winding of the reinforced fabric layer, preparationof the outer rubber layer, vulcanization and finished product checking. A fuel oil electric nozzle for an automobile is good in oil resistance, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance, low inpenetrability, resistant to low temperature, high in compressive strength, anti-aging and durable.
