Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional belt conveyer tour-inspection system which comprises a guide rail device, a tour-inspection device, a power device and a controller. The power device is usedfor driving the tour-inspection device to move on a straight line in a tour-inspection rail so as to detect a belt surface of a belt conveyor, a peripheral working condition and belt carrier roller fault information. The tour-inspection device comprises an upper bin, a middle bin and a tour-inspection mechanism; the upper bin can be used for installing a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor for acquiring information; the tour-inspection mechanism comprises a linear motor, a telescopic mechanism in transmission connection with the linear motor, a noise sensor and a video acquisition device;and the noise sensor and the video acquisition device are arranged on the telescopic mechanism and can move up and down along the height direction of the tour-inspection device under the drive of thetelescopic mechanism. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, high automation degree, corrosion resistance, high complicated environment adaptability, multi-degree-of-freedom tour-inspection and the like, the labor intensity of working personnel can be reduced, the coal mine underground safety index is ensured, and the belt conveyor is ensured to run normally.
