Abstract

The invention discloses a video coding method and system as well as electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: performing a decapsulation operation on acquired video data to obtain an elementary stream (es) of each image frame of the video data, and performing a decoding operation on each es to obtain a yuv image; performing primary coding on each yuv image by utilizing a QSV technology to obtain a first intermediate es, and performing the decoding operation on each first intermediate es to obtain a coding log; and performing secondary coding on each yuv image by utilizing the corresponding coding log, so as to obtain a second intermediate es, and performing a capsulation operation on each second intermediate es to obtain a videofile after coding is completed. Therefore, the video coding method provided by the invention is relatively low in resource occupancy rate in a video coding process.
