Abstract

The ore pulp pH value online titration measuring device comprises an ore pulp sampling and processing device, an ore pulp secondary filtering device and an automatic titration device, wherein the ore pulp sampling and processing device further comprises an ore pulp lifting device, an ore pulp primary treatment device,a ore discharge valve, a sampling bypass valve and a sampling valve; the ore pulp secondary filtering device adopts a filter element gravity filtering mode to process the conveyed ore pulp solution, and further comprises a solution buffering barrel, a bypass valve, a filter tank, a filter element, a liquid level switch and an emptying valve; the automatic titration device is used for realizing automatic titration measurement by utilizing a photometric titration method, and further comprises a multi-path switching device, a sampling pump, a micro electromagnetic valve set, a first peristaltic pump, an injection pump and a photometric device.
