Cortex eucommiae cream and preparation method thereof

Disclosed is cortex eucommiae cream. The cream is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine stock solution, 1-3 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of cetearyl glucoside, 1.1-2.5 parts of xanthan gum, 3-6 parts of mineral oil, 3-7 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 2-5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.3-0.8 part of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 50-55 parts of water, 3-7 parts of glycerin, 0.1-0.3 part of allantoin, 0.01-0.06 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1-3 parts of betaine, 0.2-0.6 part of an emulsion thickener, 2-5 parts of propylene glycol,0.06-0.09 part of caprylhydroxamic acid and 0.1-0.5 part of 4'-hydroxyacetophenone. The cream can keep moisture, repair skin injuries, remove freckles and wrinkles, prevent aging and improve the skinelasticity.
