Benefits of technology

This technology helps researchers quickly determine how well they are getting past their problem with printing tiny metal wires on electronic devices by measuring its electrical properties such as resistance or capacitance. It also allows for quick evaluation of this property without having to actually measure it manually.

Problems solved by technology

In recent years, technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to improving the quality control and production efficiency of electronic components made from tantalum oxides or nano-powders due to their unique properties like fine particle sizes, stable performance during storage, minimal deviations when adding other ingredients, etc., especially under conditions where they may easily stick themselves onto surfaces. Existing methods involve measuring these particles' physical attributes beforehand without considering them being able to mix well within certain ranges.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting dispersibility of electrocondution slurry for MLCC (Multi-layer Ceramic Capacitors). The method comprises the steps of: smearing electrocondution slurryto be detected on a smooth plastic film by employing a film scraper to obtain a sample film with a uniform surface and uniform thickness; putting the sample film and the plastic film into the center of an oven for drying; taking out the dried sample film and the plastic film from the oven; taking off the plastic film on the dried sample film on clean paper, keeping the integrity of the dried sample film, and cutting the sample film into a plurality of sample films to be tested with the same lengths and the same width by employing a cutter; measuring each sample film to be detected by an MD-300S electric specific gravity balance to obtain the density of the dried film corresponding to each sample to be detected, wherein the density of the dried film corresponding to the electrocondution slurry to be detected is the average value of the measurement results. The method provided by the invention can determine the dispersibility of the electrocondution slurry according to the density of thedried film, can assess the dispersibility of the electrocondution slurry in the submicron order, and is rapid and convenient.
