Abstract

The invention provides a method for harmlessly treating organic wastewater of quality-based utilization of low-rank coal. The method has the advantages that quality-improved coal prepared by the quality-based utilization process of the low-rank coal is utilized; according to the features to the quality-improved coal is low in water content, few and small in pores and good in hydrophobicity, the quality-improved coal is combined with organic wastewater to prepare coal-water slurry, the prepared coal-water slurry can be used for combustion or prepared into synthetic gas, the organic wastewater is harmlessly treated, organic matter in the organic wastewater is converted into the synthetic gas, the quantity of the coal-water slurry prepared by the organic wastewater is reduced, and the organicwastewater is efficiently treated; the prepared coal-water slurry can be prepared into the synthetic gas through a coal-water slurry gasification process, high temperature in a gasification furnace decompose the organic wastewater into harmless CO, water and H2, water with low COD value (generally COD is not larger than 500mg/l) is obtained, the water can replace fresh water in a chemical process, and good circulation of circulating water is achieved.
