Abstract

A method for manufacturing a conducting film applied to an automobile electrochromic inside rear-view mirror comprises the following steps: plating the surface of a glass substrate with Ni and Cr or amixture of Ni and Cr, so as to form a layer of metal reflecting layer on the surface of the glass substrate in a covering mode, wherein the reflectivity of the metal reflecting layer is between 40% and 55%; plating the surface of the metal reflecting layer with a layer of reflection reinforcing layer, the reflection reinforcing layer consists of a high refractive index layer and a low refractiveindex layer which are arranged front and back, the surface of the metal reflecting layer is covered with the surface of the high refractive index layer, and the reflectivity of the metal reflecting layer plated with the reflection reinforcing layer is between 85% and 95%; and plating the surface of the low refractive index layer in the reflection reinforcing layer with a layer of ITO film layer. The method of the invention has the advantages that: the metal reflecting layer is low in cost and high in anti-oxidation performance; the metal reflecting layer is covered with the reflection reinforcing layer, so that the reflectivity of the conducting film is improved from 40%-55% to 85%-95%, thereby achieving a light total reflection effect of the conducting film.
