The thermosetting resin composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of segmented copolymer rubber, 10-50 parts of unsaturated diene-serial rubber, 5-30 parts of an N-substituted maleimide copolymer, 10-50 parts of a small molecular crosslinking agent, a flame retardant, filler and an accelerant. Compared with the prior art, by introducing the N-substituted maleimide copolymer into a rubber system, the glass-transition temperature and the peeling strength of the materialcan be improved obviously, and meanwhile, the material has the advantages of being small in dielectric loss, good in heat resistance and the like.
