The invention provides an electric car battery charging and replacing device which comprises a street lamp pole. A storing box with the cross section being of a circular ring shape is arranged on theperiphery of the bottom of the street lamp pole in a wrapping manner. The storing box is formed by splicing a plurality of independent unit box bodies with cross sections of a fan shape. A plurality of strip openings are formed in the edge of a fixing plate. A limiting rod capable of penetrating into the corresponding strip opening is vertically arranged on the top of the edge of the inner side ofeach box top cover. A sharing car lock for limiting the corresponding limiting rod into the corresponding strip opening is arranged on the portion, located on the inner side of each strip opening, ofthe fixing plate. A lower louver heat dissipating window is arranged on the lower portion of the outer side wall of the box. An upper louver heat dissipating window is arranged on a vertical partition plate. The electric car battery charging and replacing device has the beneficial effects that a battery replacing device is combined with the street lamp pole on the street side, existing public resources are utilized reasonably, the street lamp pole plays a more important role, batteries of a sharing electric car are more convenient to replace, the resources are saved, improvement can be carried out conveniently on the basis of an original street lamp pole, and the sharing electric car can be applied and popularized beneficially.
